Orchard View Schools and Excelsior Software, Inc. are proud to bring
this service to you. You will be able to access your child's grades,
attendance, and other educational information through the OV Web site.
It is our hope that you and your child will find this site an
invaluable tool in monitoring and managing your child's progress
throughout his/her educational career at Orchard View Schools. As the
District's Mission Statement says: "Working together we prepare
students to meet the demands or our ever-changing world". It is our
belief that the more involved you are, the better your child will do.
This site has been developed in response to that belief. Orchard View
Schools strongly encourages you to share account access with your
child. Studies consistently indicate that the more a student is
involved in her/his education, the better she/he will perform.
Click on the Pinnacle Internet Viewer link below to access the Sign On screen. You will need two pieces of information regarding the student:

2. The Password is your child's birth date using the following format: 00/00/00. Example: if your child was born Feb. 3, 1993, your Password is - 02/03/93 - make sure you use the "/" when entering the birth date.
Select your student's school from the drop down menu. Click on the "Logon" button. There are several different reports available to you regarding your student's attendance, report cards, etc. Email notifications regarding absences and grades may also be configured once you sign in.

Pinnacle Internet Grade Viewer Conditions of Use
By using the Orchard View School Parent Grade Viewer web site you are agreeing to the following:
Not to bypass site security or share access ID's and PIN codes
with unauthorized users, and/or distribute information obtained on this
site in such a manner as to detract from Orchard View's reputation
and/or interfere with its normal operation. Information retrieved via
the web-site or via automated e-mails should be regarded as
non-official and non-binding in nature. Any specific questions,
concerns, or information requests related to academic performance as
related to eligibility, scholarships, class ranks, college entrance,
etc. should be referred to the appropriate building staff directly
(i.e. a teacher, guidance counselor or administrator). Orchard View
Schools guidelines state that teachers of grades 6-12 update their
gradebooks at least once per week under normal circumstances. Due to a
wide variety of classroom situations and instruction units, you will
find that some teachers update grades on a more frequent basis.
Occasionally, some units of instruction will take more than a week to
complete. Attendance information is typically updated on a daily
basis. If you have any concerns related to the frequency of updates,
please contact the teacher in question directly, or the building
principal.
